Ingredients
- 2 cups boiled Chana (Chickpeas) 2 cups
- 4 medium sized boiled aloo(Potato)
- 2 medium sized onions finely chopped
- 2 tablespoon chaat masala
- 4 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon kalimirch powder (black pepper)
- Salt as per taste
- 2 to 3 green chilies chopped
- A bunch of green coriander fine chopped
- 2 tablespoon tamarid extract
Procedure
- Soak chana overnight in water with half tsp. cooking soda
- Cook in the pressure cooker for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Boil potatoes and then cut into small cubes
- Take a big bowl mix chana(chickpeas) and potato cubes with all the ingredients
- Keep in the refrigerator for at least 2hours
- Serve chilled aloo chana chaat
