1 Whole chicken
1 teaspoon crushed chilli flakes
1 teaspoon buna zeera (cumin)
1 teaspoon buna dhaniya(coriander)
½ teaspoon red chili powder
1teaspoon haldi (turmeric)
2 tablespoon ginder & garlic paste
1 tablespoon of wheat flour
1 tablespoon of wheat flour
3 tablespoon of curd
Oil for frying
Lemon wedges and sliced onion for garnish
Procedure
Mix all the above ingredients in mixing bowl.
Put chicken and mix well again.
Let it marinate it for at least 2 hours.
Heat oil in wok.
Deep fry chicken pieces.
Garnish with sliced onions and lemon wedges.
